MY STORY

Psychologist by education, nutritionist by heart.

One of my first memories is the picture of lentil soup in an old cookbook. Enjoying food, cooking and healthy eating are my life-long lasting passions. Being a vegetarian for ten years has been the longest nutrition experiment of mine. While pregnant I had to follow low-carb diet due to gestation diabetes. This experience has change my eating habits, my lifestyle and my job. In 2015 I got certified as a nutritionist counsellor.

 

People have different goals, values and desires – I am looking forward to your stories and becoming your companion on the journey.

It is easy to recognize them – no long lists of ingredients. Most of them don't even need a package.

Vegetables, fruit, meat and fish, dairy products, nuts, seeds, pulses, whole-grain cereals.

HEALTHY FOOD PREPARATION

Boiling, steaming, stewing.

VARIETY

Colours, types, tastes – experiment and taste them all.

LESS SUGAR

Unsweeted drinks, real, unmodified food, home baked cakes with less sugar.

MORE FIBER

Vegetables, whole-grain cereals, pulses.

EXERCISE

Every day at least half an hour of a brisk pace exercise which pumps your blood and improves the mood.

A quality night sleep (long enough), hobbies and time for yourself.
